The Burton Amp Pack not only carries your books and laptop, but it also features a remote on the shoulder strap that controls your iPod. A padded pocket holds that little white wonder, and Burton's SOFTswitch remote system gives you complete control of your playlists. The Amp works with up to Generation 4 iPods that have a Post Headphone Jack (which is the little slot next to the headphone port), but it's not compatible with new iPods (including Nano, Shuffle, and Video iPod). I like it
I'm a college freshman and have gotten pretty good use outta the backpack. Being a girl however, I find it's a bit wide-shouldered, and I even have pretty big shoulders. It's definitely convenient and carries my laptop very well. I'd recommend it.

Backpack is overall good I was not aware that you had to have such a High GB iPod to use it other than that I am a satisfied customer.
