Very warm, we'll see if they hold up
I found these gloves to be very warm and was initially impressed with the construction. I have worn them on several boarding and winter snowshoe / mountaineering outings. Much to my surprise it appears that repeated use on hook-and-loop items is causing the tips of the fingers to begin looking frayed. I have always been happy with Black Diamond gear, and I am sure these will hold up, at least through a couple of winter seasons.

Black Diamond gloves are excellent.
As with all our Black Diamond gloves, these are well worth the money we spent on them. They are one of the warmest, if not warmest glove that we've used and they live up to the BD promise. As with any warm glove, they lose a little when outside doing finely tuned work, but we've never found a glove that is perfect in every way. This one comes close to it.
